New Year's Gala Concert - Ilkley Philharmonic & Academy of Northern Ballet

Ilkley Philharmonic Orchestra is delighted to once again join forces with the Academy of Northern Ballet, who will be performing excerpts from Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake. We are also privileged to welcome Cameron Mitchell - Tenor from Opera North, who will perform famous arias including Nessun Dorma from Puccini's opera Turandot. This spectacular annual gala concert features traditional Viennese music by the Strauss family and others and we are delighted that our leader, Sally Robinson, will be performing the beautiful violin solo "Meditation" from the opera Thais by Massanet.

This concert will be suitable for children and adults alike and will be a night to remember.
