Ilkley Board Games Afternoon

Come along and play some board games. You can play our games or bring one you'd like to play. We have short games, strategy games, silly games, old games and new games, with themes including motor racing, zoos, ecology, running a pub, pirates, chicken detectives, colonising planets, spotty dogs, and many more ...

We'll happily help you pick games and explain how to play them. All ages welcome: we have games for children (please bring a parent) and also more advanced games designed for adults and teenagers. Pop in any time from 14:00 onwards and stay as little or as long as you like.

You're welcome to turn up by yourself (and we'll find others for you to game with) or come as a group. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks.

We usually finish somewhere between 6 and 8, as games come to a natural end. We meet at All Saints church in the centre of Ilkley, who provide recycling bins for hard-to-recycle items include pens (all types) and marigold gloves — so if you've got some you're about to throw out, bring them with you and recycle them instead!
