No longer working full time and want to keep socially active? The local Ilkley & District u3a could be the answer and the group is holding its annual showcase event this Saturday at the Clarke Foley Community Hub.
A spokesperson for Ilkley & District u3a said:
“With over 2,000 members and 100+ groups ranging from architecture to zoom quizzes, there's truly something for everyone.
“An opportunity to share your interest and hobbies with others or discover something new and unexpected in a friendly, social environment.
“Our local branch of u3a is holding their annual Showcase event this coming Saturday morning 21st June at Clarke Foley Community Hub. Doors open 10:30am.
“So do pop in for a free cuppa and chat to the group leaders to see what is on offer.”
