North Yorkshire Council has issued an update on the closure of Kex Gill.
The council has released a video claiming to have the area opened before the end of June.
The A59 at Kex Gill has been closed for repair since 2nd February to ensure the safety of all road users.
They've said this is due to "movement of the road" which collapsed due to sustained periods of poor weather.

Traffic has since been diverted via Otley and Ilkley causing major disruption.
But in an update issued by Councillor Karl Battersby, the council's Corporate Director of Environment, the works are on schedule.
Cllr Battersby said:
"I'd like to thank everyone for their patience. We know this has caused significant disruption.
"We will be doing weekend working and extended day working to try to keep within the deadline and minimise disruption to residents and businesses."
The prolonged length of time to complete the work has been due to the need for various surveys to ensure the safety of the new road.
The council are working on maintaining strength and stability to prevent further roadworks or closures.
