The second Ilkley Lido Full Moon Swim of 2025 on Saturday attracted people from right across the UK.
Organised by the Ilkley Pool & Lido Community Group, 450 attended the sold out event and enjoyed a sunny evening and an 18 degree swim for the Sturgeon Full Moon.

Becky Malby, chair of the Ilkley Pool & Lido Community Group said:
"The event is now attracting both holidaymakers and outdoor swimmers ticking off all the Lidos in the country.
"We had a swimming group from the Wirral, holidaymakers from Kent, and local people who remembered first coming to the Lido 60 years ago.
"With coffee and hot chocolate to warm up afterwards, the evening was really fun for all."

The next Full Moon Swim is Sunday 7th September 6-8pm and you can buy tickets from: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/full-moon-swims-at-ilkley-lido-tickets - all funds raised go towards Ilkley Lido.
