Andy's Man Club is the country's leading men's mental health charity and is hoping to launch the Ilkley Branch in the next few months.
May is mental health awareness month, and the charity will be holding an Information session at Ilkley Rugby Club on Thursday 22nd May, with two start times 4pm and 6pm.
On behalf of Andys Man Club, Nick Hockey said:
"The event is open to all but may be of interest to employers who wish to incorporate the information into their employee well being programmes , health professionals , individuals who would like to know more to help a friend, colleague or family member.
"With over 6000 men attending weekly, it is highly successful. Originally conceived as a Suicide prevention charity, you do not need to be suicidal to attend, just going through a bad time and need to talk.
"As a non judgmental group, it is a great place to get things off your chest and to use the experience of the group to help and realise you are not alone. It is very effective.
"We hope to see you there."

Mark added:
"We are incredibly grateful to the Ilkley community who are supporting the new club opening. Abbeyfield Nursing Home will be our venue, Ilkley Bid have provided invaluable assistance, Olicana Lodge who have made us their charity of 2025 and to Ilkley Rugby Club for kindly hosting this event."
