The competition will award four businesses the accolade of Best Small Business for the areas of Keighley, Ilkley, the Worth Valley and Craven, before an overall winner is of the four is announced.
Residents can nominate and vote for their favourite small business by visiting www.robbiemoore.org.uk/nominate to take part. The deadline for nominations is Sunday, 14th December.
Last year, Isherwood’s Butchers in Silsden took the overall crown following the public vote. Also winners last year were Within The Wood in the Worth Valley, womenswear boutique Clara’s Closet in Keighley and Raymond Town menswear boutique in Ilkley.
Mr Moore will visit each of this year’s winners with prizes to celebrate their awards.
Robbie Moore MP said:
"Small businesses and family firms are the backbone of our local economy and in the run up to Christmas it is so important we eat, drink, shop and do business locally. If you have a favourite local small business that you believe deserves recognition, I encourage you to participate in the competition by nominating them at RobbieMoore.org.uk/nominate - and continue shop local with them in the run up to Christmas! Now, more than ever, does our small business community need to be celebrated and supported.”
