New showroom marks expansion for Wharfedale glaziers

L-R Andrew Davies of The Principle Trust and Richard Airey of Pioneer Frames

A Wharfedale glazing specialist has announced the opening of a new showroom between Menston and Otley and support for the children's charity The Principle Trust.

Following two years of rapid expansion, Pioneer Frames has converted a unit to showcase its range of premium doors and windows for both trade and domestic customers.

The new showroom, which is based at Ellar Ghyll Yard, provides a new base for the firm to showcase a full range of high security, energy efficient glazing.

With a growing reputation for personal service, the company provides a supply and fit service on both new- build and retro-fit projects, ranging from one-off, bespoke retro-fits to six figure commercial projects.

The Bradford Road premises is personally managed by Managing Director Richard Airey and will welcome new customers, as well as Pioneer’s established client base in the Aire and Wharfe Valleys, and beyond.

Richard, 41, has twenty years’ experience in the glazing sector and is marking the showroom opening by becoming a corporate patron of leading children’s charity The Principle Trust, which provides respite breaks to children who are underprivileged, disadvantaged, disabled, have life-limiting conditions, or who have experienced poverty, trauma or abuse. Since its launch in 2011, the charity has provided respite breaks for more than 5000 children from the Yorkshire region.

Richard commented:

"We’re delighted to be opening our first showroom in Wharfedale.  As a young company with a growing reputation, Pioneer is responding to rapid growth, particularly across North Leeds and Wharfedale. As a family firm, we are proud to be partnering The Principle Trust, who do amazing work supporting some of Yorkshire’s most disadvantaged families"

Andrew Davies of The Principle Trust added,

"We welcome Pioneer Frames as a patron and wish Richard and his team every success; thanks to the generosity of Yorkshire businesses like Pioneer Frames, The Trust can continue to help some of the region’s most disadvantaged families to escape their everyday troubles and create valuable, happy memories."

Pioneer will host an open day to launch the new showroom on 4th April.
