Estate and lettings agency Fowler and Powell has announced the opening of a second branch in of Ilkley.
Occupying a prominent location on Church Street, the Ilkley office opens on Monday 3 March and will be personally managed by Directors Julien Powell and Levi Fowler, whose first branch has been operating in Chapel Allerton, Leeds since 2019.
Julien, 32, and Levi, 37 have two decades combined experience of handling residential property sales and lettings in the affluent suburbs of North Leeds; the opening of their Ilkley branch will support the launch of ‘Fowler and Powell Heritage’ - their bespoke, premium service - into Wharfedale’s high end property market.
With a focus on quality over volume, Fowler and Powell’s niche strategy restricts the homes they bring to market to just five each month, ensuring a highly personalised approach to marketing unique and characterful properties. Many of the sales they handle never reach the mainstream property market, ensuring a discreet service for their discerning clientele.
The agency is marking its new venture by becoming a corporate patron of Yorkshire children’s charity The Principle Trust, which provides respite breaks to children who are underprivileged, disadvantaged, disabled, have life-limiting conditions, or who have experienced poverty, trauma or abuse.

Co-director Julien Powell commented:
“We’re thrilled to be bringing Fowler and Powell to Ilkley and are proud to partner The Principle Trust, which supports some of Yorkshire’s most disadvantaged families’
Andrew Davies of The Principle Trust added,
‘We wish Julien and Levi every success in their new venture; thanks to the generosity of Yorkshire businesses like Fowler and Powell, The Trust can continue to help some of the region’s most disadvantaged families to escape their everyday troubles and create valuable, happy memories.’
Fowler and Powell’s Ilkley branch is open by appointment only, Monday-Friday 930-1730 and Saturday 0900-1600. For more information visit fowlerandpowellheritage.co.uk.
