Nell Bank Outdoor Education Centre in Ilkley will be open to the public for adventure and play on four Discovery Days this summer.
These special days, 1 in July and 3 in August, will allow children, along with their parents and carers to enjoy a day of fun and excitement exploring nature.
Along with the Adventure Playground, Water Play Area and Mini Trail, Nell Bank are introducing a new Creepy Crawly insect-themed activity trail! This new adventure is perfect for young explorers wanting to find out all about the wonderful world of minibeasts!

Tickets are available for the four dates - Thursday 31st July, Friday 1st, Thursday 7th and Friday 8th August - on the Nell Bank website www.nellbank.org/fundraising.
On these four dates the site is open from 10am until 3pm.
Perfect for primary school aged children and younger, tickets are £6.50 per person and under2s are free.
This year Nell Bank are also running a craft activity, bookable through a link in your ticket confirmation email, for any young explorers who are feeling creative.

A spokesperson for Nell Bank said:
“There are ample picnic areas so visitors can bring their own food, but there’s also a café, and yes our sausage sandwiches and homemade cakes are amazing! You’ll need sustenance from all that adventuring and discovery!
“Our discovery days are very popular, so please book soon for your adventure on your doorstep and get ready to Squelch, Squidge, Giggle and Woosh this summer!”
