Seddon and Davison, the independent home and lifestyle store, is celebrating its first anniversary in the heart of Ilkley.
Over the past year, the shop has quickly become a favourite among locals and visitors alike, offering a unique range of carefully curated home accessories and gifts.
“We are thrilled to celebrate our one-year anniversary in this beautiful town,”
said Kara Seddon, co-founder of Seddon and Davison.
“The warm welcome from the Ilkley community and the enthusiasm for our products have been incredible. We’re proud to be part of such a vibrant area with so many independent shops and look forward to many more years ahead.”
To mark this special milestone, Seddon and Davison has launched a new e-newsletter and are offering subscribers 10% off their next purchase in-store or online. Subscribers who sign up before Friday, 30th August at 5pm will also be entered into a competition to win £50 to spend on their favourite products.

It all began a few years ago when husband and wife team, Kara and Mark, decided to transform Mark's wildlife photography into homeware accessories. This vision led to the creation of their own unique brand of wildlife-inspired homeware products which blend heritage colours with a contemporary design, featuring items like cushions, greetings cards, aprons and oven gloves.
In addition to its unique product offerings, Seddon and Davison sourced other complementary brands and has become known for its commitment to quality and style. The store’s curated selection includes luxurious cushions, elegant dinnerware, beautifully crafted furniture, and more, all reflecting a modern rustic style.
Kara added:
“We want to thank everyone who has supported us over the past year, from our loyal customers to the local community groups, your support has helped us grow, and we’re excited to continue bringing unique and beautiful products to Ilkley.”
