Leeds Guild of Singers: Father in the Heavens

Under the title “Father in the Heavens”, the nearly 40 singers under the direction of Benjamin Kirk will present a reflective Lenten programme, featuring Frank Martin’s beautiful “Mass for Double Choir” alongside pieces for multiple voice parts by Whitacre, Holst, Vaughan Williams and others. St Margaret’s is a perfect setting to enjoy the rich sounds of these complex works. Not to be missed!

Tickets for adults are £15, including a souvenir programme, available online in advance or on the door, by cash or card. Entry for students and under 18s is free, as we encourage young people to enjoy live classical music. The performance will last about 1.5 hours including an interval where refreshments will be served in the parish hall. Whether you’re an LGS aficionado or you haven’t been to one of these concerts before, you’ll be very welcome!
