Ilkley Pride & Diversity Group has announced its Pink Pony Club, the town’s most fabulous LGBTQ+ party, is set to return, taking place on Saturday 28 March at The Yard Bar & Kitchen.
Get ready for a night of big pop anthems, glitter, dancing and unapologetic self-expression as Pink Pony Club transforms The Yard Bar into a high-energy celebration of Pride, community and pure joy. Doors open at 8pm, and the dancefloor will be waiting.
Inspired by the iconic pop hit that has taken over playlists and dancefloors everywhere, the Pink Pony Club night has quickly become one of Ilkley Pride & Diversity Group’s most anticipated social events. Expect wall-to-wall pop bangers, electric atmosphere and a crowd ready to celebrate.
A spokesperson for the group said:
“The Pink Pony Club night has quickly become one of our favourite nights of the year, it’s all about bringing people together for a joyful, welcoming night where everyone can celebrate who they are. We can’t wait to see The Yard Bar full of glitter, cowboy hats and people dancing to their favourite pop anthems.”
Guests are encouraged to go all out with the theme - think pink, sparkle, rhinestones, cowboy hats, fringe, glitter and anything that screams main character energy. The bigger, brighter and bolder, the better.

Pink Pony Club is more than just a party. It’s a chance for the LGBTQ+ community and allies to come together, celebrate identity and create a welcoming space where everyone can feel free to be themselves. Events like this are a core part of Ilkley Pride & Diversity Group’s mission to promote inclusion, visibility and community connection in the town.
A spokesperson for Ilkley Community Network said:
“Events like Pink Pony Club show what’s possible when local businesses and community groups work together to create welcoming, inclusive spaces. By supporting events like this, venues such as The Yard Bar play an important role in helping ensure Ilkley continues to be a place where everyone feels safe, valued and able to celebrate who they are.”
With a packed dancefloor and a party atmosphere, organisers are inviting you to dust off your boots, bring your friends and get ready to ride into the Pink Pony Club.
