A new café, restaurant and wellness space has opened in Ilkley town centre.
Ajé Cafe and Studio opened at 3-5 Cunliffe Road on Saturday 3rd October, bringing several different concepts together under one roof. The new independent venue has described itself as “five concepts, one home”, with its offering changing throughout the day. Ajé by Day operates as a neighbourhood café and restaurant, with a focus on speciality coffee, fresh juices and smoothies alongside breakfast and lunch. Ajé shared on Facebook how their opening weekend went: The business says it wants the café to become a community space showcasing Yorkshire produce. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the venue transforms into Ajé by Night, offering a more intimate restaurant experience with a chef-led menu, wines and cocktails. The concept also includes Ajé Studio, a movement and wellness space offering mindful flow, sculpting and movement sessions. Ajé Cellar focuses on wine, with a selection designed to accompany the restaurant's food offering. Ajé is now open seven days a week during the daytime and later on Fridays and Saturdays.
