Solar panels are being installed at Ilkley Pool from Monday, 18 May, and Bradford Council is warning of some disruption for users of the Ilkley Pool & Lido car park.
Drivers are being warned to expect some temporary disruption within the car park and disabled parking bays moved, which it says will be clearly marked.
A spokesperson said:
"We’re excited to announce that we are installing solar panels on the roof of our indoor pool hall starting from Monday 18th May 2026.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while these important works are completed.
"This is just one of a range of projects being undertaken by our Built Environment Energy Team to improve energy efficiency and cost reduction to create greater financial resilience for our sports and leisure centres."
