Christchurch Café within Christchurch on The Grove is refreshing its children’s play area later on this year as part of its community outreach and would love your help.
Post an appeal on the Christchurch Café Facebook page a spokesperson said:
"We are looking for donations of new or very well looked after toys to help create a safe, fun and welcoming space for children while families enjoy the café. Toys should be clean, complete and in good condition so they can be enjoyed by everyone.
"If you have any toys at home that are no longer used but still have plenty of life left in them, your donation would be hugely appreciated and will make a real difference to local families.
"Thank you for supporting Christchurch Café and our community."
The award-winning Café is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday 10am until 2.45pm, serving an extensive menu of wholesome, locally sourced food and Fairtrade drinks.
