As Bradford Council continues to sell off its assets, a plot of land in Addingham has gone up for sale with a guide price of £500,000.
The freehold potential development site sits on the junction of Main Street and Church Steet, on the eastern side of the village, and adjacent to series of residential properties, with open fields to the North.
The sale brochure states the site extends to approx. 0.23 Hectares (0.56 Acres), with existing access from Church Street, and was last been used as a depot for the highways department. Close by are Addingham Cricket Club and St Peter's Church.
The site is allocated as a preferred Housing Site – Ref: AD8/H, with indicative allocation of 8 dwellings. Interested parties are encouraged to make their own planning enquiries.
Offers in the region of £500,000 plus VAT are invited for the freehold interest, subject to contract.

In October last year, it was reported Bradford Council has made more than £22m from selling off properties and land it owns in recent years, however the total falls short of the £150m target it aims to reach.
