Fowler and Powell Heritage are celebrating the launch of their second branch on Church Street in Ilkley.
Ilkley Town Mayor, Cllr. Jane Gibson, joined the team for a special evening at the new office and kindly cut the ribbon to officially mark the opening.
After securing the Church Street premises over a year ago, work has been on building the right foundations and finding the right team to operate the Ilkley branch.
Growing up in Ilkley, Jo Shulver is the Client Executive and will head the Ilkley branch. Jo will take care of marketing homes through the new office and brings a wealth of property experience, having worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Prime Location, Find A Property and Propertyfinder, as well as with both corporate and independent estate agents.
As part of the launch event, Fowler and Powell Heritage held a charity raffle featuring incredible prizes generously donated by local businesses, a spokesperson said:
"We’re hugely grateful to everyone who contributed, donated and came along to celebrate with us".

Last year Fowler and Powell launched their plans for Ilkley and became a patron of The Principle Trust Children’s Charity. Since then, they have worked hard behind the scenes to create a branch that truly reflects them, from the service they provide to the people representing them.
Fowler & Powell Heritage's story began in early 2019, after meeting while working for one of the area's leading estate agents, and after many cups of coffee and conversations about how they believed estate agency should be done, Levi (Fowler) and Julien (Powell) realised they shared the same values and convictions about the industry.
Since then, Fowler & Powell has grown sustainably, with an incredible team, staying true to its belief that moving home should feel more personal, informed, and carefully managed from start to finish.
Supporting local independent businesses is incredibly important to Fowler and Powell. Wherever possible, they want to collaborate with and champion the people and businesses that make Ilkley such a special place.
They are also passionate about giving back to the local community. As part of their commitment to supporting local families and schools, they will donate a percentage of their fee to primary schools in the area, as well as Ilkley Grammar School, if a client has a child attending that school. They also volunteer at both state and independent schools in the area.
Talking about the launch last month, as spokesperson added:
"We want to say a huge thank you again to everyone who joined us for the launch.
We’re so excited to now be officially operating in Ilkley and to help local people with their property journeys, whether they are buying, selling, or looking for their perfect home."
We are based at 18 Church Street, so please feel free to pop in and say hello."
