The Ilkley Grammar School [IGS] 'Auction of Promises', raising money for the school Enrichment Fund, is now live and open to all.
There are a great selection of promises volunteered, including rare Kaiser Chiefs’ merchandise, a limited-edition Damien Hurst umbrella, a bookable show choir performance for an event of your choice, a Manchester City shirt (2025-26 season) signed by the whole team, four ball at Ilkley Golf Club and Afternoon Tea at Grantley Hall to name just a few.
Tickets are now also on sale for the Ilkley Grammar School Afternoon Tea & Bake-off and the Summer Soirée on Thursday 4th June taking place in the Rathbone Suite at Ilkley Tennis Club.
The Auction of Promises currently has 130 items to bid for, with more being added every day.

Jamie Gutch from IGS said:
"A huge thank you to organisations and individuals who have already donated a promise – it is very much appreciated and we have been overwhelmed by the response.
"The final hours of the online Auction of Promises will take place during our Summer Soirée on Thursday 4th June and promises to be a wonderful evening of celebration, bringing our community together with fantastic live musical performances from current students and alumni, as well as a fabulous guest soul band."
Tickets for the Soirée and afternoon tea are available on the auction site: www.galabid.com/igs-auction
Jamie adds:
"We would love as many members of the community and supporters of the school as possible to join us to be part of what is shaping up to be a very special afternoon and evening."
