Ilkley-based accountancy firm Ascentis has launched a graduate scheme aimed at developing the next generation of accountants and tax consultants.
This initiative is set to provide ambitious graduates with a fast-track route into the profession, combining hands-on experience with expert mentorship. It provides fully funded training, one-to-one mentorship and experience delivering real value to businesses and individuals through the wide range of services Ascentis Accountants offers.
The two paid roles are:

Graduates will undergo a comprehensive and fully supervised training programme with a mix of classroom-based and private study.
Graduate Tax Consultant – Perfect for those interested in tax advisory, planning, and compliance. This role offers exposure to a variety of tax matters, helping businesses navigate complex regulations while working towards a professional tax qualification such as ATT and CTA.
Both roles offer structured training, paid study support, and hands-on experience, ensuring graduates gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the industry.
Lee Kaznowski, Managing Partner at Ascentis, said:
