The award-winning Ilkley Brewery will open its first tap room on The Grove next Thursday, 5th September at 5pm.
The Ilkley Tap, taking over the former Joel’s restaurant and bar, will boast 20 beer lines that showcase Ilkley Brewery’s classic cask ales alongside rotating specials, plus lagers and a dedicated alcohol-free option, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
In addition to the outstanding beer selection, a meticulously curated wine list from their neighbours Martinez, selection of spirits, hot drinks, and softs will provide a range of excellent alternatives.
Ilkley Brewery have partnered with Stuzzi, an award-winning Italian restaurant operator, who will be running the kitchen, bringing an innovative and authentic culinary experience to Ilkley. Its menu has been designed to complement Ilkley Brewery’s range of award-winning beers.

Ilkley Brewery celebrated 15 years of brewing in 2024, having brewed 17.4 million pints - enough to fill four Olympic swimming pools and exported to 15 countries, with seven supermarkets listings in UK and listed in France, Italy, Finland and Sweden.
The Ilkley Tap will be open Monday 4-11pm, Tuesday - Thursday 11-11pm, Friday - Saturday 10-midnight and Sunday 10-10pm. The kitchen opening hours will be Monday 4-10pm, Tuesday - Thursday 12-10pm, Friday - Saturday 10am - 10pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm.
