Following its success last year, Ilkley BID is this running another Health & Wellbeing campaign throughout May with prizes to be won.
This initiative highlights the BID’s ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses and positioning Ilkley as a premier destination for health, wellness, and self-care.
Health & Wellbeing Month celebrates the diverse range of wellness services in the town and showcases businesses that contribute to the physical and mental wellbeing of both residents and visitors.
Participating sectors include:
-
Beauty & Self-Care: Hair salons, skin clinics, and beauty therapists
-
Fitness & Movement: Gyms, boutique yoga and Pilates studios, and personal trainers
-
Professional Health: Dentists, opticians, and holistic therapists
-
Wellness Retail: Businesses offering products that support a healthy lifestyle, from organic treats to ergonomic home goods
A dedicated page on the Discover Ilkley website features exclusive offers from local businesses. Visitors can also enter a competition to win a month of personal training worth £499 from Dillon’s Premium Fitness Training, and a 7-week place at Clip ‘N Climb’s after-school climbing club valued at £70.
Sarah Brookfield-Almond, Ilkley BID Manager, said:
“We are delighted to bring back Health & Wellbeing Month this May and shine a spotlight on some of our amazing local businesses. Our month-long schedule includes engaging content, business features, and ‘Wellness Wednesday’ highlights across our Discover Ilkley marketing channels, keeping the town’s wellness offerings front and centre.”
