An Ilkley man is preparing to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise money for a charity.
Dave Fielden, from Clip 'N Climb Ilkley, will complete the challenge on Sunday 11th October in aid of the Child Brain Injury Trust. The Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge takes in Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough and is one of Yorkshire's best-known walking challenges. Clip 'N Climb Ilkley has described Dave as its “very own superhero” as he prepares for the fundraiser. The team said: “Our very own superhero, Dave Fielden, is raising money for a charity close to his and his family's heart. “Dave will be doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Sunday 11th October for the Child Brain Injury Trust. “If you feel able to donate to this great cause, please use the link to Dave's JustGiving page below. "Many thanks and good luck Dave!” The Child Brain Injury Trust supports children and young people who have experienced an acquired brain injury, as well as their families. Dave is raising money through his JustGiving page ahead of the challenge, which you can visit here.
