Ilkley's Upstagers Theatre Group is celebrating after its 2026 production of Snow White won a host of honours at this year's Wharfedale Festival of Theatre Awards.
The society collected a series of awards recognising performances and the work of its creative team as they were recognised for Best Pantomime with Snow White also earning accolades for Best Principal Girl, Best Dame, Best Villain, Best Director, Best Choreographer and Best Programme.
Amy-Pearl Watt received the award for Best Principal Girl, while Mike Riley was named Best Dame and Daisy Button took home the Best Villain award.
Laura Williams was recognised as a joint winner of Best Choreographer, with John Clark, Andrew Hewitt and Joey Wilby sharing the Best Director award.
Andrew and Daisy Tarbett were also honoured with the Best Programme award.
A number of younger performers from the production were also recognised with Wharfie Awards, celebrating their contributions to the pantomime.
Reflecting on the success, Upstagers said:
"We couldn't be prouder of everyone who helped bring Snow White to the stage.
"Panto is a huge team effort, so these awards belong not only to those whose names are on the certificates, but to our entire cast, crew and creative team, and all the volunteers working behind the scenes who give so much of their time, energy and enthusiasm to Upstagers."
The group also thanked the organisers of the Wharfedale Festival of Theatre for supporting amateur theatre across the region.
The society added:
"Winning the Panto Cup for the eighth time is the icing on a very large cake, and we're enormously grateful to everyone who has been part of those productions over the years.
"Congratulations, too, to all the societies, performers and creatives nominated and recognised.
"It was wonderful to spend an evening celebrating just how much talent, hard work and enthusiasm there is in local theatre."
The Wharfedale Festival of Theatre brings together amateur dramatic societies from across the area each year, celebrating achievements on and off the stage while encouraging local groups to support one another and promote community theatre.
