Ilkley Town Football Club’s 120+ volunteer coaches are being well looked after this season thanks to local care company Home Instead.
The Ilkley home care business has become the Club’s first ever Coaches’ Kit Sponsor in a 2-year partnership that sees every one of the club’s coaches provided with a warm winter tracksuit top this season and more kit in 2025.
Run by Simon and Barbara White, supported by a dedicated team of professionals from the local area, Home Instead specialise in providing award winning home care which enables older people to enjoy the highest quality of life in the comfort of their own home whilst maintaining their independence. Their flexible, responsive and high-quality service is tailored to the times that suit our clients and can be anything from one hour to 24 hours a day.
Home Instead staff were at the ground on Saturday to hand-deliver new kit to coaches.
Home Instead owner Simon White said:
“We feel privileged to partner with Ilkley Town Football club and provide kit for all the fantastic volunteer coaches. It was wonderful to meet so many of them on Saturday when we gave them their tops. Both Home Instead and the football club share the same ethos which is all about supporting and helping people in the local community and we look forward to working together and having a fantastic season.”
Ilkley Town Chairman Robert Brown added:
“We are delighted to have Home Instead on board and providing our team of volunteer coaches with kit for the next two seasons. Collectively our coaches commit more than 12,000 hours of volunteer time every year and we’re really pleased to partner with Home Instead to be able to give back in some way.”
