The Tesco superstore in Ilkley is to undergo a “refresh” from 14th April to improve the shopping experience for its customers.
The store on Springs Lane will be open as usual during the work, but will opener later and close earlier.
As well as a new layout, part of the works are installing new, energy efficient chillers and freezers and a refresh of the customer service desk. The car park will also be resurfaced.
An information board is in the entrance to the store which gives shoppers further information of the refresh and new layout.
A spokesperson for Tesco in Ilkley said:
“Our refit manager will be Mark, who has worked at this store for 10 years. Any questions or queries Mark, or any of our colleagues, will be happy to help.”
The temporary opening hours will be 07:00-22:00 Monday to Saturday, with no change on Sunday, 10:00-16:00.
