A firm of mortgage experts from Burley-in-Wharfedale is marking 20 years of trading by pledging support to a Yorkshire children’s charity.
Square Financial has become a patron of The Principle Trust which provides respite breaks to children who are underprivileged, disadvantaged, disabled, have life-limiting conditions, mental health issues or who have experienced poverty, trauma or abuse.
Square Financial are mortgage and protection specialists, providing impartial ‘whole of market’ advice for both residential and buy-to-let clients across the UK.
Established in August 2005 by Managing Director Phil Terry, the firm has helped two generations of clients to take their first steps on the property ladder. Over the past two decades the property finance firm has developed a reputation built entirely on recommendations and boasts over 100 years collective experience in the mortgage and protection market.
Making the announcement, Phil said:
‘We’re delighted to be marking 20 years of trading by becoming a patron of The Principle Trust and we look forward to supporting their work helping disadvantaged, disabled and poorly children to escape their everyday troubles and create valuable, happy memories.’
The Trust’s Partnerships and Engagement Manager, Kerry Magson, commented,
‘We are pleased to welcome Square Financial as a patron; thanks to them and other like-minded businesses, The Trust is able to support hundreds of families every year.’
