Greenholme House Care Home is launching its Memory Café this month with help from the Lord Mayor and The Lady Mayoress.
Based at Summer Court in Burley-in-Wharfedale, the new Memory Café will take place on the 2nd Friday of every month, 2:00pm to 4:00pm, from the 10th April 2026, offering supportive conversations with others who understand.
Joining staff, residents and guests for the inaugural Memory Café will be the Lord and The Lady Mayoress of Bradford, Cllr Mohammed Shafiq and Mrs Naheed Akhtar.
A spokesperson for Greenholme House said:
"Join our Memory Café, a relaxed and friendly space for those living with dementia, along with their families and friends.
"Enjoy light, complimentary refreshments and warm conversations in a supportive environment that encourages connection and community."
