Nell Bank Outdoor Education Centre in Ilkley will be open to the public for adventure and play on four Discovery Days this summer.
These special days, 1 in July and 3 in August, will allow children, along with their parents and carers to enjoy a day of fun and excitement exploring nature.
Along with the Adventure Playground, Water Play Area and Mini Trail, Nell Bank are introducing a new Creepy Crawly insect-themed activity trail! This new adventure is perfect for young explorers wanting to find out all about the wonderful world of minibeasts!

Tickets are available for the four dates - Thursday 31st July, Friday 1st, Thursday 7th and Friday 8th August - on the Nell Bank website www.nellbank.org/fundraising.
On these four dates the site is open from 10am until 3pm.
Perfect for primary school aged children and younger, tickets are £6.50 per person and under2s are free.
This year Nell Bank are also running a craft activity, bookable through a link in your ticket confirmation email, for any young explorers who are feeling creative.

A spokesperson for Nell Bank said:
“There are ample picnic areas so visitors can bring their own food, but there’s also a café, and yes our sausage sandwiches and homemade cakes are amazing! You’ll need sustenance from all that adventuring and discovery!
