Sneak peek: New Otley play area starts to take shape

A new play area is coming to Otley.

A brand new indoor and outdoor play attraction is beginning to take shape ahead of its opening in Otley.

Grass Hoppers Play has released a first look behind the scenes at its new location at Otley Garden Centre, with the team preparing to welcome families through the doors in the coming weeks.

The new venue follows the success of the Grass Hoppers sites at Tong and Tingley and is set to offer a mix of indoor and outdoor play designed for children of all ages.

New images released by Yorkshire Garden Centres reveal the early stages of the development, with the play structures designed to blend into the natural surroundings of the Otley site.

Caroline Ellis, Head of Play at Grass Hoppers, said:

“We are thrilled to share some sneak peeks of the very special project that we’ve been so busy bringing to life! Grass Hoppers has always been about making those invaluable, family memories, all year round - and seeing the space come together behind the scenes is really exciting.

“Bringing the new location to Otley will open so many exciting activities up to your little adventurers in the area, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our first local families through our doors.”

Yorkshire Garden Centres says the official opening date will be announced over the next few weeks.
