The Clarke Foley Community Hub in Ilkley has announced a "Mindful Crafting & Visioning" workshop for the start of 2025.
A spokesperson for the Clarke Foley said:
“This unique event blends the art of holistic crafting, vision boarding, and journaling to help you start the year with clarity, peace, and intention.
“Begin the day by creating a vision board that reflects your heart’s desires and dreams for the year. Then, dive into mindful crafting, where you'll engage in hands-on, soul-nourishing projects designed to connect you with your inner self and the present moment. Each crafting activity will help you express your creativity and intentions in a holistic way, grounding you in the process.
“Afterward, enjoy a calming relaxation session, allowing you to unwind and reset as you embrace the new year with a refreshed mind and spirit. Throughout the event, savour delicious healthy snacks and soothing herbal teas, designed to nourish your body and enhance your mindfulness.
“This workshop is a perfect way to centre yourself for the year ahead, combining creativity, relaxation, and holistic wellness in one peaceful experience.
“Join us this January and craft your year with intention, creativity, and calm.”
The workshop is on 31st January and the cost is just £15 per person, to book please email marketing@clarkefoley.org.uk or anna@trueengagement.co.uk
