Pure Pilates opened their Ilkley Studio in 2010, and Kisten has been in the industry for almost 30 years.

From the original work of Joseph Pilates, to the modern buzz words we often hear, Kirsten talks to Pete about her years of training and how what she knows could help all of us.

She set her mind of brining quality training and support to the North, and now she wants to share it with all of us in the area.
