Join us for a fantastic weekend of heritage railways, real ales and live music at the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Railway’s Branch Line Weekend & Beer Festival.
Enjoy an intensive timetable featuring a mix of steam and diesel traction, with our home fleet in action throughout the weekend, including Class 37, Class 20 and two steam locomotives, which are to be confirmed.
Travel in our beautifully restored ‘Blood and Custard’ Mark 1 coaches, or step back in time aboard our vintage set, featuring GNR 3087, the elegant LNWR Directors’ Saloon and the ever-popular Thompson Bar.
The Thompson Bar will be serving 25 real ales, alongside a selection of craft gins, rums and other drinks. Sit back with your favourite tipple and enjoy a unique journey through the spectacular Yorkshire Dales from the comfort of this stunning heritage carriage.
With live music adding to the atmosphere throughout the weekend, there’s something for railway enthusiasts, real ale lovers and families alike.
