West Yorkshire Police say a motorist has been arrested on suspicion of driving whilst disqualified, without insurance and for drugs offences.
Officers from Keighley Neighbourhood Policing Team say they were conducting patrols in the Ilkley area on Sunday afternoon, when they spotted a Volkswagen Jetta, believed to be driven by a disqualified driver, and linked to drug supply.
A spokesperson said: "The vehicle was stopped, and checks confirmed the driver to be disqualified. The driver was then subject to a search which revealed a large quantity of suspected cocaine, and a subsequent roadside drugs wipe also indicated him to be over the specified limit for cocaine.
"The driver was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, as well as driving whilst disqualified, driving with no insurance, and driving whilst over the specified limit for cocaine."
