Keighley Salvation Army has this week launched its 2025 ‘Be a Star’ Toy Appeal, calling on the Ilkley community to help make Christmas special for children and families in the area.
The appeal seeks new, unwrapped toys and financial donations to ensure that children who are facing hardship still wake up to gifts and festive joy this December.
Toy donations can be dropped off at Tesco on Springs Lane in Ilkley during store opening hours.

For those who prefer to give money, donations can be made quickly and securely via the JustGiving website: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/thesalvationarmychristmas-2025-303
