Beauty in Bloom, the Ilkley salon on Cowpasture Road, is celebrating its third anniversary soon.

Its team service its loyal customers 5 days a week, from their calm and beautiful surrounds.

Hair, nails, brows, lashes, aesthetics, hair extensions, alternative therapies and bridal hair and make-up, the salon has an array of treatments available. But it's not this salon’s ability to deliver its established high standards which is notable, it's the business model.

Owner and Chief Stylist & Therapist, Charlotte Hawkins has created a business model which seeks to facilitate growth for its self-employed therapists. Passionate about women-led, small businesses Charlotte demonstrates the importance of a supportive culture at her salon which currently boasts 6 members of its 'Collective', its "handpicked selection of hair and beauty professionals" who all share the same passion to deliver the highest standards.

Beauty in Bloom has its team of professional's best interests at heart as it provides a platform for its Collective to grow their businesses, no matter their specialism.
