Your Ilkley Radio is set to become a joint headline sponsor of the annual Ilkley Business Awards.
The news, which was announced at a special launch party last night (Wednesday), will see Your Ilkley team up with Ilkley BID as the two headline sponsors.
The Ilkley Business Awards are open to all business in the LS29 area, recognising the incredible contributions of local businesses.
The latest award were held on 1st March 2024 - and nominations are now open for 2025.
Speaking about Your Ilkley Radio’s involvement, Content Director and Presenter Nick Hancock said:
“We love awards events and we love supporting local businesses in Ilkley, so what better way for the radio station to help local companies in the town?
“You’ll be hearing lots about the awards on the radio station over the next few months including chats with sponsors and previous winners.
“Ilkley is such a great place to do business we feel very lucky to have set up the town’s first ever dedicated radio station here and we appreciate all the support from Ilkley Bid and Ilkley Business Forum.”
Nominations for 2025 will close on 6th January, before the awards are held at the Craiglands Hotel on 7th March 2025.
