Bini Brew Co will launch its new permanent pizza kitchen, Bini Dough Co, at its Little Lane Taproom on Friday.
The kitchen will serve hand stretched, stone baked artisan sourdough pizzas and stuffed dough balls, using toppings from multi award winning local butcher and charcutier Lishman’s of Ilkley.
The opening will be celebrated with Bini Fest, a free four day event featuring live music and carnival games. Human Fruit Machine, anyone?
The family friendly festival runs throughout the Bank Holiday weekend, with children and dogs welcome and no booking required. All activities and entertainment will be under cover.

Alex Ashman will perform at 4pm on Friday. Saturday’s programme features Robert Bryce at 3.30pm, Fintan at 5pm and headliners The Snips at 7.30pm.
James Rudge, founder of Bini Brew Co, said:
“Opening our own kitchen has always been part of the plan for Little Lane, so it is brilliant to finally be ready to serve our first pizzas.
“We want the Taproom to be somewhere that individuals, families and groups can enjoy great beer, freshly made food, music and warm hospitality.
"Bini Dough Co is the natural next step, and Bini Fest gives us the perfect opportunity to launch it with a proper celebration.”
The opening menu features five 10 inch sourdough pizzas, including pepperoni, ham and mushroom, a spicy meat feast and a vegetarian supreme. Stuffed dough balls will be available with either pepperoni and cheese or a vegetarian filling.
Emma Lishman, of Lishman’s of Ilkley, said:
“We are delighted to be supplying Bini Dough Co and to support another Ilkley independent creating an exciting new local food offer.”
Bini Dough Co has created several new jobs. It will initially serve customers eating at the Taproom, with takeaway and delivery planned for the future.
Pizza will be served throughout Bini Fest from 4pm on Friday and midday on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. After the launch, the kitchen will open every Thursday to Sunday.
- Friday: 3pm to 10pm
- Saturday: midday to 10pm
- Sunday: midday to 10pm
- Bank Holiday Monday: midday to 8pm
Entry and all activities are free. Further information is available at binibrew.co and through Bini Brew Co’s social channels.
