Alex Hornby, commercial and customer director at Northern, said:
"As another Flash Sale draws to a close, we've heard some fantastic stories about the bargains that customers have snapped up this time round - from cheap trips to the seaside, to city breaks with friends and family. We're delighted to have been able to offer millions of customers the opportunity to enjoy these moments for less.
"There are still some great ticket prices starting at £2 to be found, and we're publishing this list to make them easier to find on the final day of the sale. I'd encourage anybody who hasn't booked yet to act fast before the Flash Sale closes this evening."

- Leeds and Skipton to Carlisle, with trips over the historic Settle & Carlisle line for just £2
- Newcastle to Carlisle, over the scenic Tyne Valley line
