Can Ilkley’s homes become warmer, greener and cheaper to run?
Climate Action Ilkley is hosting an event at the Clarke Foley Community Hub this month looking into what it really takes to make our typical stone-built and older homes warmer, healthier and more affordable to heat.
This friendly and practical session is all about making Ilkley’s homes more energy efficient and Climate Action Ilkley is teaming up with Wrapt Homes, local retrofit experts, who will share what works (and what doesn’t), with plenty of time for questions and open discussion.
A spokesperson for Climate Action Ilkley said:
“Whether you’re just curious or ready to take action, come along for ideas, advice and a good chat about how to make your home - and Ilkley - more sustainable.”
The session is at the Clarke Foley Community Hub in Ilkley on Thursday 30th October from 7.30pm, doors open 7.15pm.
