Ilkley MP Robbie Moore has launched his annual Christmas card design competition - and this year, it’s open to everyone.
The winning design will be displayed in Speaker’s House in Parliament and feature on the front of Robbie Moore’s official 2025 Christmas card, which will be sent to local residents, community groups, MPs, businesses, and the Speaker of the House of Commons.
For the first time, the competition is open to all age groups, from local photographers and creatives to schoolchildren across Keighley, Ilkley, Craven and the Worth Valley.
Last year’s competition attracted hundreds of entries from local schools, with 10-year-old Jibran Ramzan from Beckfoot Phoenix Special School in Keighley taking the top spot with a brilliant festive design.
His card was presented to Speaker Lindsay Hoyle as part of the Christmas celebrations in Westminster.
Entrants are free to choose their own photographs or artwork relating to the local area.
Robbie Moore MP said:
“Every year, the creativity and talent across Keighley and Ilkley never fails to impress. This year, I’m really excited to open up the competition to everyone - whether you’re a keen artist, photographer, or simply love getting creative.
"The winning card will be seen by MPs and local residents across the country, including the Speaker of the House of Commons - so it’s a brilliant opportunity to showcase our area’s talent. Do get involved!”
The deadline for submissions is Friday, 14th November 2025.
Entries can be hand-delivered or posted to: Robbie Moore MP, Shan House, 80–86 North Street, Keighley, BD21 3AG.
Alternatively, scanned copies can be emailed to robbie.moore.mp@parliament.uk
