The Rotary Club of Ilkley Wharfedale have announced the date for the rescheduled Recycle Day cancelled earlier in the month due to the weather.
The annual Recycle Day will now be on Saturday 1st November 2025 in the main car park between 10am and 3pm.
Rotarians will be collecting unwanted Bicycles (all ages but not e-Bikes), Clean Trainers, Bras (any condition), Workshop Tools, Sewing Machines, Mobility Aids, Spectacles, Backpacks.
Also useful items for schools in The Gambia, e.g. dictionaries, encyclopaedias, early years educational books, pens, colour pencils (not wax or gel). Also some sports equipment, small cricket bats, pads, tennis balls, small racquets, blow-up footballs and pumps.
