The Wheatley Arms in Ben Rhydding closed last weekend for a 14 week refurbishment.
Part of the Individual Inns chain of inns, the pub and hotel on Wheatley Lane is undergoing a major refurbishment of the whole ground floor and all bedrooms.
The new design makes they most of the Wheatley’s imposing structure and will give Ben Rhydding a premium venue for all social occasions.
The ground floor area will be transformed, with a new bar, and better use of the current function room and access to the beer garden.
The project is expected to take over 3 months and to open mid to late November in time for Christmas bookings.
