Local letting agent expands into Silsden

Letting agents Whitaker Cadre are expanding.

Established residential letting agent Whitaker Cadre has acquired Knowles by Zenko Properties in Silsden.

With this expansion, Whitaker Cadre now manage in excess of 400 properties within North and West Yorkshire.

It has offices in Ilkley, Harrogate and Leeds, demonstrating the success of their business since opening in 2019.

Matthew Lamb, Director of Whitaker Cadre, said:

"This acquisition is a natural extension for us, as it grows our existing portfolio within Silsden and the Aire Valley.

"We are delighted to see our vision coming to life as we continue to grow whilst staying true to our core values of being experts in the lettings field, whilst providing our clients with loyalty, transparency and personal relationships.
