A new specialist cheese shop is set to open in Ilkley this weekend, adding to the town’s independent retail offering.
The shop, located at 10 Church Street, will open its doors to the public on Saturday 18th April, trading from 9am to 5pm.
It is situated near the archway to The Manor House, between existing businesses in the town centre.
The business will offer a selection of around 70 different cheeses, alongside an expanded range of crackers, chutneys and gluten-free options. Additional products include natural juices, sauces and a small selection of second-hand food-related books.
In a message shared ahead of the opening, the team acknowledged that, as it is their first day of trading, there may be some delays while systems are fully up and running.
Following the opening, the shop plans to operate from 10am to 4pm on Mondays and 9am to 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
It will also attend Baildon Farmers Market on selected Saturdays throughout the coming months.
