Two members of staff at Ilkley Golf Club have been recognised for more than 40 years of service each, with golfing legend Colin Montgomerie presenting them with commemorative plaques.
Duncan Campbell and David Featherstone were honoured during the SGH Sporting Events Yorkshire Invitational, held at the club.
The special presentation recognised their decades of dedication and contribution to the running of Ilkley Golf Club.
Montgomerie, a former Ryder Cup captain and eight-time European Tour Order of Merit winner, presented the plaques in recognition of their service.
The pair were also photographed alongside Montgomerie and Ilkley Golf Club President Robbie Downs.
A spokesperson for Ilkley Golf Club said:
“Their dedication, hard work and commitment over so many years have played a significant part in the life of the Club, and this was a fitting opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate all they have contributed.
“A thoroughly deserved recognition for two outstanding members of our team. Thank you, Duncan and David, for everything you do for Ilkley Golf Club.”
The presentation was a special moment during the Yorkshire Invitational, celebrating the contributions of two people who have each been part of the club for more than four decades.
