Ilkley’s independent chocolatier, Paula Bui, from Fusion Chocolate scooped another award Wednesday night at the Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards.
At a glittering 20th anniversary awards dinner held in Harrogate, over 300 people from across the region gathered to celebrate all the amazing food producers in Yorkshire.
Paula was awarded the Best Confectionery 2024 winner for her Signature Collection of chocolate bonbons.
Paula says:
“It is such an honor to be recognised in a room of such amazing people. What a year, this award will take pride of place alongside my Great Taste Award and New Business Award from earlier in the year.”
Paula’s chocolates are made to delight your eyes as well as your taste buds, decorated in stunning patterns made with coloured organic cocoa butter, they are often referred to as works of art. Flavours range from the ever popular salted caramel through to more unusual flavours such as her Yuzu and Black Sesame. They are all packed with flavour and will have you delving into the box for another!
The chocolates are available to buy in the shop at 40 Leeds Road in Ilkley as well as online via the website www.fusionchocolate.co.uk.
